Why I'm A Girls Inc. of Metro Denver Volunteer: I think it is wonderful that this organization offers a program to encourage girls to at least look into STEM fields. The inbalance in the STEM profession is an issue that does not get enough attention and severely limits how successful the field can be (when not enough women are involved), and I think it is great that this organization has found a way to address this issue.
