Nuggets head to Girls Inc. for Team Fit Clinic

What: The Nuggets will host a Team Fit Clinic with 50 girls in the Girls Inc. of Metro Denver after-school program. The girls will first hear from Steve Hess, Nuggets Strength Coach, and players about being healthy and getting exercise. They will then rotate through a fitness challenge with various strength and conditioning stations. The winners of the fitness challenge will receive special autographed shoes from the Nuggets players.
