| Why We Love Sarah Anderson : Sarah has been a volunteer leader in the 1st and 2nd grade tutoring group since September 2010, giving us more than 200 hours of volunteer service! She has really stepped up as a leader in her group since Miss Lilo's absence this semester, and we appreciate all she does for our organization! As a UCD Community Work Study volunteer, "Sarah works on several tasks such as the curriculum library, evaluations, preparing snack as well as helping at the front desk. She also helped to staff a volunteer fair on Auraria campus last semester. Sarah deserves Volunteer of the Month because she is dedicated and hard working. She always comes to Girls Inc. with a smile on her face and she is always willing to help." Thank you Sarah for all you do!!
Who's The STRONGest Person You Know: My dad – he has persevered through many difficult trials in life and always is able to see the "silver lining" in gray situations. He is always calm and positive.
What's The SMARTest Thing You Have Ever Heard: Nothing is impossible – don't let anyone tell you that you can't do something. Keep striving to reach your goals and never give up.
What's The BOLDest Thing You Have Ever Done: Giving the Valedictorian speech at my high school graduation – I had never given a speech in front of so many people before!
