| Why We Love Miss Rita Nilson: Rita has been a volunteer in our Youth Center since Fall 2006 - her award is highly overdue! If you are a Youth Center volunteer on Thursdays then you have probably seen Miss Rita organizing the books in our book shelves. Over the years, she has diligently worked to organize our books into age categories, with stickers and a sticker legend to help our girls and volunteers find the right books to read. Our Youth Center staff also thinks Rita's "hard work and dedication to building an inviting environment for the girls has been amazing. Not only has she been consistent but she has also put forth great effort towards making our reading corner organized and inviting. Also, her great and loving personality has brightened up many of our youth girls' days."
Who's The STRONGest Person You Know: My mom. She could make a decision and stick with it. She'd carry it through in all parts of her life. You could count on her to whatever she said she would do. She knew what was right. Mothers are honest. She was a strong person.
What's The SMARTest Thing You Have Ever Heard: "Invest in the stock market at the right times." (She laughed.)
What's The BOLDest Thing You Have Ever Done: I raised my hand every time there was an opportunity to change jobs.
