Do: Talking about masturbation with your teen starts with talking about pleasure generally. Is there a language for pleasure in your home? Try this with your family to understand what that language is or to start the conversation. Call a family meeting and ask everyone to bring three items that “make them feel good.” Kids of all ages can do with a little or maybe a lot of support. Each family takes a turn to describe their item and how it makes them feel good. That’s a start!
