Girls Inc. High School and College staff help girls reach their full potential. Through intentional, research-based programs, Girls Inc. high school & college girls learn skills to be healthy, independent, and successful adults.  At Girls Inc., girls receive year round, academic support and participate in exclusive community trips and events. Staff also delivers programs during school or after school virtually. Girls Inc. of Metro Denver is recommended by Denver Public Schools for workshop delivery.

Girls Inc. also provides support during the transition into post secondary education. In addition to our college preparedness workshops and college women’s group, Girls Inc. of Metro Denver offers over $60,000 in scholarships each year.

Leadership Out Loud 

 

Leadership Out Loud (LOL) is a three-year, immersive, hands-on, and engaging leadership and advocacy program for 8th through 12th graders jam packed with great opportunities like:

  • A week-long overnight summer camp during Summer 2023
  • A paid advocacy internship during Summer 2024
  • A trip to Washington, D.C. in 2025
  • Monthly sessions to develop an advocacy campaign in collaboration with your cohort during the school year

Note: Programs require nominal fees. Fees are based on a sliding scale – no girl is ever turned away because of inability to pay.
